The current version of the Game does not require users to create an account with a username, email address, password, or profile.

However, because the Game includes online multiplayer features, some technical and gameplay information may be processed to make the Game work.

a. Online Multiplayer and Gameplay Data

When you play online, the Game may process information needed to create, join, and maintain multiplayer matches, such as:

• Lobby and match connection information
• Temporary player/session identifiers
• Gameplay state, such as player role, movement, paint colors, match phase, and match results
• Network connection status
• Host/client connection events
• Basic matchmaking or lobby information

This information is used to operate the online multiplayer features of the Game.

b. Device and Technical Data

The Game and third-party services used by the Game may process technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• IP address
• Approximate region based on network information
• Device identifiers or installation identifiers
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance information
• Network connection information

This information is used to provide online multiplayer, maintain app stability, prevent abuse, diagnose bugs, and improve the Game.

c. Local Gameplay Settings

The Game may store certain settings locally on your device, such as audio settings, gameplay preferences, or similar app settings. This information is used only to remember your preferences.

The current version of the Game does not intentionally collect:

• Your real name
• Your email address, unless you contact us for support
• Your phone number
• Your precise location
• Your contacts
• Your photos or videos
• Voice chat or microphone recordings
• Text chat messages

• In-app purchase information

The current version of the Game does not include in-app purchases and does not currently show advertisements.

The Game is built with Unity and uses Unity services to support gameplay and online multiplayer.

These services may include:

• Unity Transport / Netcode-related services
• Unity diagnostics or related technical services, if enabled

Unity may process device information, IP address, log information, session identifiers, authentication/session tokens, app interaction events, and other technical information when Unity services are used. Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy describes how Unity handles information from apps that use Unity technology. Unity states that apps using Unity services may involve Unity collecting device information, IP address, log information, device identifiers, session IDs, authentication token data, installation-specific IDs, play session information, and similar technical data.

The current version of the Game does not show ads.

In a future version, we may add advertisements, such as rewarded ads or interstitial ads. If ads are added, advertising partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction data, approximate location, and ad performance data. This information may be used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and comply with legal requirements.

If advertising is added in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy information before or at the time the updated version is released.

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide online multiplayer gameplay
• To create, join, and maintain lobbies and matches
• To synchronize gameplay between players

Multiplayer session data is generally temporary and used to operate live matches. Some technical logs, diagnostics, or service records may be retained for longer periods by us or by third-party service providers for security, debugging, analytics, service operation, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no online service or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Game and third-party services may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the Game, you understand that information may be processed in locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your region.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
